Organic Versus Non-Organic

This 32 minute interview was broken up into four parts--1, 2, 3, and 4. I converted the file from .mod to .wmv, so a watermark appears every couple of minutes or so.

In this interview I sit down with Sharon Winter in her home in Blue Anchor to discuss her opinions on organic vs. non-organic foods. She was diagnosed with cancer in 1993, the day her son was born. She had Hodgkins Lymphoma, or cancer of the lymph nodes, and she feels that through traditional methods, organic foods, and supplements that she was cured. She has been considered "cured" for 12 years.

Our reflections on the process:

Each of our reflections on the process is unique. To accommodate these differences, we are posting our own individual reflections under the tab post-research findings. Our preliminary beliefs are located under the tab "preliminary beliefs" under assignments and then oral histories. It will be interesting to see how our views have changed after the research is conducted.
